At CSY, we are committed to creating a positive and productive work environment for all employees. In order to achieve this goal, we have established the following workplace policy, which outlines the expectations and guidelines for behavior and conduct within our company.
Dress Code Policy:
- We expect all employees to dress professionally and in a manner that is appropriate for a business setting.
- Employees are encouraged to express their individuality and creativity through their clothing choices, as long as it is appropriate and professional.
- Jeans, shorts, tank tops, and flip-flops are not appropriate attire for the office.
Work Hours Policy:
- Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
- Due to the nature of our industry, employees may be required to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
- All time-off requests must be submitted and approved in advance.
Use of Social Media Policy:
- Employees are encouraged to use social media platforms to promote the company and its services.
- Personal use of social media during work hours should be kept to a minimum and should not interfere with work responsibilities.
- Employees must protect client confidentiality and company-sensitive information when using social media.
Creativity and Innovation Policy:
- We expect our employees to come up with new and innovative ideas and share their thoughts with the team.
- We support a culture of creativity, experimentation and taking risks.
Client Confidentiality Policy:
- Employees are required to protect client information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- All client information and materials must be kept confidential and should not be shared outside the company without written consent.
Harassment and Discrimination Policy:
- CSY is committed to providing a work environment free from discrimination and harassment of any kind.
- Any form of discrimination or harassment, whether based on race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation or any other protected status, will not be tolerated.
- All incidents of discrimination or harassment must be reported to management immediately.
Health and Safety Policy:
- CSY is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Employees must follow all safety procedures and guidelines, and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to management immediately.
